Canon Otura20 can't capture using Pinnacle Studio 8

Hi, can capture still images with the software that came
with my Canon but can not get it to capture any video
using Pinnacle Studio 8. It is not recognizing the usb
port when I use Pinnacle. Any suggestions?

Hi, try to connect via firewire. Canon camcorders normally
do not transfer DV via USB !
