When I try to clean the print head I get this message:
Error Number: 6800
A problem has occurred with the printer
mechanism. Cancel printing and turn off
the printer. Wait a few moments, then turn
the power back on. If the problem persists, contact
one of the service centers.
I did as instructed. No help.
The head mechanism does not center when I lift the lid.
The status LED pulses between green and red.
Any hints appreciated.
