Loaded software and camera. System recognizes new hardware
but does not load drivers. "Windows cannot load the device
driver for this hardware because a previous instance of
the device driver is still in memory (code 38).
Please help
 
GREG HAVE YOU MANAGED TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM YET,I HAVE EXCATLY THE SAME PROBLEM MYSELF.
IFYOU HAVE ANY LUCK LET ME KNOW .
IN THE MEANTIME I AM USING A CARD READER TO DOWNLOAD MY PHOTOS
