Cann't open Visual Basic Editor

While I tried to open Visual Basic Editor, there was
always a error message window poped up, and asked me to
send error report. Once I clicked a button, Excel crashed.

Open the Control Panel and select Administrative Tools,
then select Event Viewer. On the left side, select
Application.
You should get a list of all your errors. Click on each to
get more info about what's happening.
