cann't delete my deleted file

I'm new to this, but I cann't delete some of my e-mails or some of my deleted
e-mails, could some body help me, I just got the computer with vista.. Thank
you

Try the Hotfix in this support file:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

This fix states a specific case but has been known to fix other mail
folders. Also, the present thinking is that the problem is caused by
various Antivirus software misbehaving. The fix may be needed again.

A fix as been released by MS to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

It works for all folders!!
