Cannot write to CD

For some reason Explorer CD Writing Wizard will not right to My CD-R/W
drive.
I have used it in the past, so kind of strange.

It says "There is no disc in the drive"

However, it is working fine from Roxio and Nero?
 
Darren, go to Classic Control Panel>AdminTools>Services. Scroll down to
IMAPI CD Burning. Rt click
to Start it if it's not.
