Cannot view system explorers

or the real time agents.

List boxes where system explorers are supposed to be and
real time agents is empty on one of my PCs. I can see them
on another.

Same thing here. I have 3 XP machines and one of them displays the system
explorer items and the other 2 machines do not. Can't think of a pattern that
might explain this. All have XPhome with SP2. Machine that displays "system
explorer" is AMD but one that doesn't is AMD processor. Another that does not is
Intel processor.
The only machine that I allowed the Windows verification to take place does not
display SE.
Two that do not display have Norton SW 2004 but the one that DOES display has
Norton SW 2003. (& NAV)
Disabling NAV does not help though.
