Cannot view only one website

I cannot view only one website. It loads then
displays 'Done' at the bottom of the screen but the
screen remains blank.

I can view other websites with no problem and other
people can view the website which I cannot.
 
HOSTS file problem?
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS, reboot.
