Cannot view a link

On one particular website I cannot view the documents. I
get a small square in the top left corner instead of the
page I am trying to access

Only on one site?

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
