cannot utilize any system restore point

Unfortunately System Restore sometimes gets corrupted. When it does,
all you can do is turn off System Restore, then turn it back on. That
causes the loss of all your restore points, but they're not usable
anyway.

If there are any Norton applications installed, take a look at the next page.

"Restoration Incomplete. Your computer cannot be restored . . . "

If there are not Norton applications installed, try running System Restore
in Safe Mode.
