Cannot use wizards to creat access objects

I always use wizards to create database objects and then modify from there.
However recently I cannot even get into the wizard and a message pop out
"ActiveX unable to create the object". Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Problem solved after reading the previous posts .... re-register the dao360.dll
