Cannot use View/Design from Menu

When I am viewing a form and want to change to design view by the menu
View/Design I get the following error message:

Microsoft access can't run the macro or callback function 'fDesign".

Any Help would be appreciated

You may have recently downloaded a sample from Stephen Lebans site. Somehow
you have incorporated a custom menu item of his.


You can check in your Menubars and the delete the item that calls the
fDesign function, or just reset your Form Design View menubar.
