Cannot use USB flash Drive

After changing the value of the dword "Start" from 4 to 3 in My Computer
\HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR. I cannot use
the flash drive again. Anyone have the idea to solve it.

Change it back?

Could try System Restore too. Each restore point contains a copy of the
registry that was in effect at the time the restore point was made.
 
remove and reinstall the flashdrive, if it is not visible in device manager,
either plug it in or chose the options to show hidden devices
