cannot use search engines

Help! I cannot search any search engines, when i try websites with search engines and other things (msn, yahoo, etc.) it brings me to www.perfectnav.com. I can access those websites, but when i search, it brings up an error. Also, when i type in a search only website (google, ask, etc.) it says error and brings me to perfectnav.com.
