Can you check a sample Windows 2000 machine against WindowsUpdate, express
scan, to see what is missing, if anything? I've seen this (apparently)
resolved in these groups by such a visit--so I think perhaps this is a
missing update.

Checked against WindowsUpdate, only WD update listed (1.14.1642.12).
WD update cannot be installed via Windows Update too (Error code:
0x800B0109).

Dunno what's going on here. If I am remembering properly, that root
certificate update is not critical, and shouldn't be related. If it is, we
sure need to hear about it!
