cannot uninstall shopnav

Hi,

I cannot uninstall this Shopnav search results. I
downloaded the uninstall program from their web site
http://www.shopnav.com/ but still doesn't work. Can
anybody help? I use windows XP

You trusted the site that gave you the parasites?

Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.

Try this: Removal
Open the registry (click 'Start', choose 'Run', and type 'regedit'),
and find the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and
look for any srng files. If u can't find any, look for msbb files and
belt files in run as well as c:\programs and/or windows files. Seems
to have worked for me.
