Cannot uninstall app.

Learning Languages Spanish' from the Control Panel. When I try, I
get a 'rundll' msg. telling me that 'an exception has occurred.'

A second dialogue box, Data Execution Prevention, informs me: 'To
protect your computer, Windows has closed this program "Run DLL as
an App."'

A third box, 'Run DLL as an App,' states: 'Run a DLL as an App has
encountered a problem and needs to close.'

I have now discovered that 'System Restore' is no longer operating.

Your help would be much appreciated.
