Cannot uninstall app

Ok. Here is a tricky one. I tried to install Sony's
OpenMG Jukebox software on a brand new install of W2000.
The computer locked up during install.

After reboot I tried to continue the installation but the
software says there is an old version that needs to be
removed before it can install the new one. I go to
add/remove to uninstall, Jukebox appears, I click
uninstall and it says it was successful. However, the
information in Add/Remove for Jukebox remains in
Add/Remove. I click to try to uninstall again. Again it
says it was successful. I have done this and rebooted.
No avail.

One thing that is puzzling is that when I went here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio
n\Uninstall

I could not find Sony JukeboxMG anywhere.

My question is: How do I install this software and/or
uninstall the previous half-install.

Thanks

It might be there as a GUID sub-key. Explorer the {GUID} subkeys.
