Cannot uninstall ANYTHING!

I don't have a clue what happened. Yesterday I was able to uninstall any
program, today I can't. I know how to uninstall but it is just not letting
me! The only programs I can uninstall are ones that I have installed today.
And all of the programs that normally show on the list are not showing, the
list seems to be made up of all adobe programs.

Unfortunately, it will be really hard for us to have a clue either since
you don't know what changed. In these situations, try System Restore
first. To run System Restore, go to the Start Orb and in the Start
Search box type "System Restore" without the quotes. System Restore will
appear in the Programs result. Click on it, allow the UAC prompt, and
follow the wizard.
