Cannot type in IE

Please help when ever I'm typing or even just moving
around a web page I continuously get this "Just-in-Time-
Debugging" window come up, requesting me to debug with
a "New instance of Microsoft Script Editor"





Click yes then



Click ok



Click Continue




The version of IE I'm running is;



which I downloaded and installed yesterday after I started
to experience this issue I thought it may just be a bug
with the version of IE I was using (can't remember what it
was but I'm pretty sure it was this version. I downloaded
and installed the above version from your web page shown
below



The problem is now that if I go to start/settings/control
panel/add/remove programs then there is no IE in the list,
or on my desktop or in my start/programs list. Although
when I click onto the ie6setup.exe after I go through the
first couple of windows I get the following message.

Not sure but check this while in IE hit Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced(tab)>about 1\2 down page under MicrosoftVM uncheck the
first 2 boxes..Reboot
