Cannot transport music on PPS slideshow

Prepared my first slide show presentation with music sound
(WAV) inserted and it performs perfectly on my machine
both as PPT and PPS file types.When I email the PPS as an
attachment on the receiving machine the slide show can be
seen but not the music cannot be heard.Isaved the slide
show(PPT) together with the WAV file to a folder and then
inserted the music to the presentation. Why can't it be
heard?

I tried it and it didnt work. anything else? I'm trying
to download a sitcom theme song onto the presentation, and
it only seems to work on my home pc. Anyone, please help!

When you say that you tried it, what did you do? Did you delete the sound
file and re-insert it to see whether PowerPoint would embed it? I guess I
should have mentioned that the setting controls what PowerPoint does at the
time that you insert the file. It doesn't change a link to an embedded file
by just changing the setting.
