"Cannot start outlook. Could not open the item" appears on start.

When I try to open outlook I get the messeage "Cannot open microsoft outlook.
Could not find the item." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've
never had this problem before and don't know what to do. Can someone help?

Have you created a mail profile in Control Panel's Mail applet?
