Cannot start Outlook. Cannot initialize shared utilities

I installed Office 2007, while leaving some of Office 2003 installed - Word
and Excel. This worked fine and I have been using Office 2007 including
Outlook just fine for a week now.

Today - I get the error "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot
initialize Microsoft Office shared utilities. Resart your computer or
reinstall Microsoft Office Outlook."

The rest of Office 2007 works just fine. The only thing that happend on the
computer since Outlook last worked is that I entered in the lic key and
activitated the software.

I see alot of messages dancing around this issue, but nothing concreate on
how to resolve. I am not sure it is possible to reinstall Outlook 2007 by
itself, so I am not looking forward to spending a whole day reinstalling
Office 2007.

Any suggestions?
