When I try to bring up my Mail, I get the message:
"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set
folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your
administrator if this conditions persists"

Well, I called Comcast, and they can't help me because it was a Microsoft
problem. I can open up Word, Excel, etc. just not Outlook. I tried
re-installing it, but it still won't bring it up and all my life is in these
files!!! Any suggestions on how to fix? HELP!!

What version of Outlook are you using andare you using windows XP? If you are
using Outlook 2003 or older copy this path to the run box to see if you can
start it this way: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Outlook.exe If
it works go into windows explorer and find the Outlook.exe with by following
the same path. right click on it and choose send to desktop as a shortcut.

That message often indicates you have no data file attached to Outlook.
Have you created one?

Sounds like your mail profile has been damaged. Use the Mail pplet in
Control Panel to make sure your mail profile is pointing to the correct PST.
