cannot start Microsoft Outlook 2007

I have a brand new computer with Windows Vista HP. I have been using Outlook
2007 for the past 5 months, however, for no apparent reason, 10 days ago I
could not start outlook ever again. I am given a message that an error has
occured (no code), that windows will notify me whenever they find an answer
to the problem. I have started outlook in a 'safe mode,' downloaded and
re-installed microsoft office countless times, looked for any update that
might help me to no use. i am desperate, I cannot access my email messages,
contacts, notes and many other things I store in outlook. Please help

Remove any addins, make sure your antivirus program is NOT set up to scan
e-mail, and see if that helps. If so, you can try your addins again one by
one, but leave e-mail virus scanning off -- you don't need it.
