Hi guys
my problem is not related to this forum but i did not have any other way to
communicate. The problem is when I use some other machine to go to the
microsoft communities, the sign in link does not work. it says page cannot be
displayed. I cant sign in so I cant post my questions in the communities. It
was working fine before in that machine but I dont know whats the problem.
Can you help me guys

I don't know what the problem is, either, but you have alternatives to post
your questions if you're stuck with a computer that won't let you sign into
the communities. If it's a question about Microsoft Access, you can become a
member quickly at AccessMonster.com and post a question to these newsgroups.
If it's Access or other Office programs, you can become a member quickly at
Google Groups, too, and post questions to the appropriate newsgroups. I like
AccessMonster.com because it's fast, it tracks my recent previous posts, and
it sends me email alerts when I get replies. (Microsoft communities is way,
way too slow for those of us on dial-up.) Google Groups is fast and will
send you email alerts, too, but I don't think you can track your previous
posts as a member.

Here's Access Monster: http://www.accessmonster.com

Click near top right corner "Sign In" link to create a member account.

Here's Google Groups:
http://groups.google.com/groups/dir?lnk=hpsfg&hl=en&q=microsoft.public&qt_s=Search+for+a+group

Select a link to microsoft.public.access.* or microsoft.public.excel.* or
microsoft.public.word.* or whatever Office application you need, hon. Click
on the top right corner "Sign in" to create your own member account.

You can follow Granny Spritz' suggestions; an alternative is to use a
"Newsreader" rather than a web browser. Outlook Express has a News
feature that works quite nicely; set the News Server to
msnews.microsoft.com and you can get to these same newsgroups, faster
and more conveniently than via the webpage.
