Cannot show picture automatically

When loading some web pages, the pictures will not show
instead is a placeholder. However, if I right click the
place holder and choose "Show Picture", the pictures will
come up. Can anyone help on this?

Do you use the image toggler?

Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder).
If still no joy then have a look at this page for other issues.
