cannot send or receive

I just installed outlook teacher/student 60 day trial office 2003 - i cannot
send or recieve e-mail. My settings for incoming ando outgoing are
correct.....help.

Check with your ISP. Are you using Hotmail or GMail in Outlook by any chance
