I can't get OE to send or receive mail via Hotmail in the usual way, nor
directly from Hotmail. The report form is stuck at 'checking for new
messages', and has been for some 50 minutes so far. I have restored to a
date before the Sobig.F arose, and Norton trapped the one attachment I
received a couple of days ago. I've deleted history and temp files.
Nothing appears to have changed. Event Manager reports DCOM error, but then
it often does. The help error log has nothing to report since 25 August.
Chances are this mail won't send either!
Any and all suggestions gratefuly received.

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {F3A614DC-ABE0-11D2-A441-00C04F795683}. The
error:
"Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. "
