I cannot send any messages at all from my outlook but receive everything
fine. ISP says it is not their problem but it is my email provider (mac).
Everything used to work perfectly fine until 4 days ago - now it does not
work anymore. Sent message appears on outbox and then on the sent items
folder but never reaches the recipient. What do i do?

Eh? How can a mac (!) be an email PROVIDER?

Have you tried testing the account? tell us your Outlook version and we'll
tell you how to do that.

What has changed since it did work? Have you checked your account settings?

nothing has changed in my account settings for it to all of a sudden stop
sending my email messages. account settings all ok.

please help

At what point in the process does it "not send"? Do you get an error
message?
And you said you checked your SMTP settings in Outlook?

When you say you have tested it - have you used the "test account settings"
button on the Internet Email Settings page for your account?

Is the error message displayed by Outlook when you "cannot send" going
to be a secret?
