cannot send emails

I can´t send emails also. But, I discoverd that still can be done using the
submenus under the arrow at the right side of the "send and receive" menu.
Just force it to do it.

To make Windows Mail try to send mail more often, click on Tools, then
Options, then Send. If there's no check mark in the box before Send
messages immediately, click on this box, then Apply. Click on OK.
