Cannot send emails but can recieve

this is the error message all my settings have not changed and have been
working prior and my outlook did the same thing so i dont know what it is, if
anyone can help i will be forever in your debt. Thanks

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then uncheck the SSL option for the outgoing (SMTP) server.
