cannot send email

I am trying to send emails and for some reason it keeps telling me that the
server POP3 cannot find the host. This started about a week ago and i cannot
figure out why it all of the sudden started or how to fix it, can anyone help?

can you copy and paste the whole error message here, it's not clear
which POP3 server (Yours or the recipients) is generating this message.

Your ISP might have updated something and requiring to re-setup your email accounts. Try calling them.
