Cannot send E-mail

I am having the same problem and my internet provider stated at it is a
problem with windows mail. Here is the message I receive:

Your server has
unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include
server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Subject
'Re: ', Account: 'Jackie', Server: 'smtp.east.cox.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

If you are having so much trouble with Windows Mail you could try
Thunderbird mail it is a free download, at least that way you can determine
if it is Windows Mail or not.
 
Did you get that error message while sending from home? If so, your
antivirus program is probably the culprit. Which antivirus program are
you running? The three that are least compatible with Windows Mail
are Norton, McAfee, and Trend Micro.
