Cannot Send e-mail

Using Outlook 2003 SP2 (MS Office 2003 Basic) and WinXP Pro.

We decided to use Cached Exchang Mode in Outlook because a couple of us are
on laptop and wants to be able to use Outlook while out of the office.
However, my office cannot send e-mail while in Cached Exchange Mode. Others
are find and it is the same setup.

Are they actually connected? What error do you get?
