Cannot see open document

Excel 2000

When I open a certain document, it is not in veiw at all. There are no
scroll bars to find it. I typed control+f and typed in something I know was
on the sheet, and it looked like it found it, but it still won't show me the
document. It also will show things in the formula box that I know are a part
of the document. How can I see my document??

I can open other documents and see those, it's just this one I can't see.
(and I tried control+enter...it does that error dinging sound)

Right after I posted this I found the solution. I just went to
Window>Horizontal.
