Cannot save

I am changing data in my table. I havent met any problems until now. I have
been working for a while and now it is not possible to save the table, the
button save is shaded. Save as is possible but then I can just save the table
as a mask or a page.

Why? How can I unshade the save button?

There is no need to save the table to save edited data. When you change data
in a field and then click into another field it automatically saves the
changes.

You should be using a form for data entry and editing.
