since i refreshed the microsoft antispyware I get the
following error mesage: "Microsoft Windows Antispware
has encountered a critical error (Error 101). Please
restart Windows antispyware and run the program again.
If you continue to experience this problem, please
uninstall the program and install the most recent
version." I have done this numerous times and still

What type of account in Windows are you trying to install Microsoft
AntiSpyware under? If its a limited accounted, it is not supported by MSAS
in the beta 1 release. If its an Administrator account, I would uninstall
Microsoft AntiSpyware, and delete the Microsoft AntiSpyware folder located
at c:\program files, restart the computer and reinstall Microsoft
AntiSpyware to a non-default location such as c:\msas.
