Cannot restore to full-screen mode

I minimized my RDC connection and the window shrank. I tried to
maximize the window and the window was enlarged but not truely
maximized. I no longer have the control bar on top of the screen and
no longer have the RDC task bar along the bottom.

Thanks in advance.
 
Where is the "RDC connections options"? How do I get there? This is exactly
what I need to do!
