cannot "reply to" or "forward" messages in OWA (outlook web access)

My OWA (outlook web access) functioned well, but now I
cannot "reply to" or "forward" email messages. I now
need to "compose" a new email, which I am able to send.
Any suggestions are appreciated...Thank you, tom

Do you have any type of pop-up stopper installed? (e.g. Google toolbar)

Do you use two different email accounts. I have the same problem because I use one email account at home and another at work but with the same laptop. A reply sets the from address to one of the two emails depending. If a try to reply to a message at the office which I received at home it says "cannot relay" because the office mail server does not like the from address, which in this case would be my home address
