Cannot Reply In Outlook 2003

Hi...Just purchased Office 2003 standard edition
(upgrade) and installed the cd. In Outlook, I can
receive email but cannot reply to email or compose new
mail. These buttons are not highlited as the other
buttons are.

Also when I go to tools/options, the option setting, like
certain others, is grayed out and cannot be accessed.

Any sugguestions on how to get these items working? I
did use the repair option and nothing changed.

Sounds like you need to activate your product. If you don't activate Outlook
will run in "Reduced Functionality Mode". Press Help-> Activate Product...
to activate your copy of Outlook 2003.
