Cannot rename New Folder: Access is denied

When try to create a new folder (e.g. "Testing") in the local harddis
using Windows Explorer (login using a Domain Administrator account)
"Cannot rename New Folder: Access is denied" is reported and a folde
called "New Folder" is created (i.e. folder creation is successful bu
can't rename.) Also if user try to delete this "New Folder", syste
will report "Cannot delete New Folder: Access is denied. The sourc
file may be in use."

The problem persist even the Domain Administrator account / group i
assigned with full access to C:\. However new folder can be created an
deleted by:
- using "md" and "rd" command in command prompt (but still can'
rename) or
- login the same account in another workstation and map drive to th
computer with problems.

Do anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot

Will the use of folder redirection for the same account on
different computers with Chinese and English Windows cause
some problems like this?

It seems more and more computer having this problem now,
what I can do at the moment is to reinstall the
workstation.

Grateful for any help.
