cannot remove spyware

hello,

I have ZoneAlarm, AVG Anti-virus, Spybot and Adaware installed and running. Yet still my browsers homepage is changed everytime I start up and after a few minutes I start getting the message "windows has detected spyware on your pc click here for free spyware remover". This message repeats itself every 5 minutes or so. Also windows programs (notepad, sysreg, etc.) are corrupted any when I try to start them Purityscan is installed instead.
Additionally my keyboard and mouse freeze completely when (I think) my computer is very busy. This did not happen before I had the spyware.

Help! What should I do now?

I would recommend you download-install & run CWShredder

Then possibly go to thier home page to read further.
