Cannot Remove Or Uninstall A Program

i have tried numerous times to uninstall a Print Shop Program and it
goes from 0% to 100% and when I reopen the Add/Remove Programs Folder
it is still there. How can I get rid of it?

Try removing the program by running Windows in Safe Mode.

To run Windows in Safe Mode, restart or turn your PC and after the POST
screen and before the "Starting Windows XP" message press F8 to bring up the
Boot Menu. Press Enter on Safe Mode. It will take some delay to start in safe
mode. have some patients.

if you cant remove program
simply delete all files on disk from those program and then clean up your
registry from those program
with some tool like registry cleaner and you can also try to uninstall with
some program like Advanced Uninstaller
and click Force to uninstall.
 
Hi, I keep pressing F8 when I turn on the computer but it doesn't give
me a boot menu. I'm getting really frustrated because the porgram
doesn't work, but then again it's still taking up space. I click to
remove it and InstallShield becomes active and it asks if I want all
the files associated with it removed. When I click Yes, it gives me 0%
then 100% on the progress bar. I tried uninstalling other things that I
could put back later, and with those you could actually see the progress
of how it's unistalling. And then of course they dissappear. With this
one, once it hits zero, it just stays there.HELP!
