Cannot remove KB951748 that prevents Internett access

I've gone to Add/Remove on Controll panel (XP Home - SP3) and clicked on
"Show Updates", but there are no refrences for Security Updates for Windows
(nor for KB 951748). I've checked this several times, including that this
download was completed on 09 July, 2008. Would appreciate help and advice,
and thank you in advance for your efforts.

Look in the windows folder for a $NTUninstallKB951748$ folder.

If you have ZoneAlarm installed, turn it off, its the problem, download
the latest update and install. You should be fine.

Open a command prompt and type:
systeminfo

I forgot to add that there is a checkbox in the add/remove app to "Show
Updates"
