Cannot remove envelope toolbar in Excel

I have a single .xls that will not allow me to clear the
envelope toolbar. It's become a pain, suggestions?
Excel 2000 SR-1/SP3.

Open the VB Editor and look in This Workbook
for Application.Toolbars ("Envelope").Visible=True
Change the True to False

You can click on File|Send To|and then click mail recipient.

(If you look closely, you'll see the icon for "mail recipient" is depressed.)

And you may even have the icon that toggles sendto on your standard toolbar.
Mine is located to the right of the floppy disk (Save) icon. The tooltip reads
"e-mail".
