Cannot recieve Googlemail

Hello there

I cannot recieve my emails from gogglemail.com although there is no problem
sending them, I keep getting the following error messages:

Account: 'imap.gmail.com', Server: 'imap.gmail.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '* OK Gimap ready for requests from 149.254.200.220
u14if8422178gvf.0', Port: 993, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90,
Error Number: 0x800CCC90

Any help would be appreciated

I don't believe the servername imap.gmail.com matches up with the POP3
protocol.

You probably need to remove that email account under Windows Mail,
restart Windows Mail, then decide whether you want to use the IMAP
method of connecting or the POP method, then follow the appropriate
sections of these instructions without mixing up those two methods of
connecting:

If you really want to use IMAP rather than POP, you will have
to delete that account, and create a new one, choosing the
IMAP protocol this time.

It looks like you have mixed up the IMAP and POP3 methods of
connecting. Choose one of them, then remove your email account
under Windows Mail, then restart Windows Mail and use only the
parts of the following instructions meant for that connection method
to add the account again:

Note that gmail.com and googlemail.com are two names for the same
email provider. The only reason two such names are needed is a
trademark dispute over which company has the right to use the name
Gmail.
