(Failure)', Port: 993, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCCD2

also am getting this message

Subject 'Fw: beans', Account: 'imap.gmail.com', Server: 'smtp.gmail.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

I can't seem to send messages out of my windows mail

For that first error, right-click on the [Gmail] folder in the left pane,
select Synchronization Settings, Don't Synchronize.

For the second error, go to Tools, Accounts, select that account,
Properties, Advanced, put a check in the SSL option box (two places).
