Cannot Receive/Send E-Mail

It just decided not to work one day...

this is the error message I get everytime I try to connect...

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'mail.frobbeintl.com', Server: 'mail.frobbeintl.com',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

Please Help~
 
As always with Windows Mail, the first suspect for this problem
is a non-compatible antivirus program. If you are running
Norton or McAfee, those should be uninstalled and replaced
with a compatible antivirus like the free version of Avast:
