Cannot receive meeting acceptance

A user is accepting the meeting requests that I send to her. Although I have
access to her calendar and can see that she has accepted the request I still
don't receive the acceptance.

We both use Outlook 2002 and have an Exchange Server.

Any help will be very appreciated.
 
The user has the option to not send the meeting acceptance.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, SpyC asked:
